How It Works

You can cancel your reservation.  No agency booking fees. No cruise line cancellation fees, provided you cancel at least one day prior to your final payment due date as established by the cruise line. All other cruise line cancellation booking and cancellation policies apply. Note: There may be some exceptions, and restrictions concerning deposits, balances due and final payment rules depending upon the individual cruise line's policy - check with us for your particular cruise line. In all cases the individual cruise line's policy will always prevail.

2. Offer the same rate and $25 spending credit to use onboard the ship.

The lower total rate found must be for exact same Alaska Cruisetour, the same cruisetour number, same departure date, cabin category and location on the ship, booking class, (which begins with a letter such as AB, BB, C, D etc.) as the original cruisetour purchased from Alaska Cruisetours Online.

If that’s the case, just let us know and give us proof of the better offer in the form of a written price quote specifically offered in writing to you ( e-mail, fax, letter etc. ) Once we have validated the lower rate, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of either of the above 2 options.

The exact rate and space must be available for Alaska Cruisetours Online to book. If the competitive rates and/or space on the cruisetour is not available, i.e sold out, then obviously, this offer is null and void.

If you find a lower published rate for the exact same Alaska cruise tour itinerary as the cruise tour you reserved with Alaska Cruisetours Online, you have the choice of either receiving credit for the difference in rates and a $25 shipboard credit voucher ( per stateroom )  or receive a refund of your deposit. For a claim to be valid under this guarantee, it must satisfy all Terms and Conditions and be submitted in compliance with all procedures.

• Requests can only be made in writing. Alaska Cruisetours Online must be able to verify the lower rate at the time of the claim. You must give us proof of the better offer in the form of a written price quote specifically offered in writing to you ( via e-mail, fax, or letter ) Other methods of verification (e.g. screen prints, web site printouts ) are not eligible.
• The lower total rate found must be for exact same Alaska Cruisetour, the same cruisetour number, same departure date, cabin category and location on the ship, booking class, (which begins with a letter such as AB4, BB9, CB2, D etc.) as the original cruisetour purchased from Alaska Cruisetours Online.
• The exact rate and space must be available for Alaska Cruisetours Online to book. If the competitive rates and/or space on the cruisetour is not available, i.e sold out, then obviously, this offer is null and void.

Some companies quote rates that do not include all taxes and fees, port charges etc. All taxes and fees, port charges ( aka NCF ) and any other components of the original reservation placed with and under deposit with Alaska Cruisetours Online must be included when comparing any rate to the competitions published rate.
• Rates not included in this offer:
  • Unpublished rates such as group rates, regional rates, past guest rates, military rates, corporate, consolidator, wholesaler, contract, incentive, interline or employee rates, flash or promotional rates.
  • Other discounted rates not available to the general public .
  • Published rates where the cruise line is not disclosed at time of booking and any cruise or cruisetour obtained via an auction.
